  • Understand the physical changes in the in the frail elderly population and how it affects vascular access considerations
  • State the ways caregivers can improve vascular access approaches for a person with a diagnosis of dementia
  • Understand how infections are expressed differently in the elderly population and interventions to prevent sepsis and line related complications
