Roadmap
Follow the steps to learn how PDI’s CATALYST CARE Program works.
Step 1
- Meet with clinical champion to review pre-operative nasal antisepsis protocol (and assist with protocol development, as necessary)
- Determine procedure types for trial inclusion and product utilization calculations
- Review documentation requirements for compliance tracking(facilities with no protocol/patients applying mupirocin)
Step 2
- Administration of pre-implementation clinician survey(for facilities with current protocol)
- Ongoing product education and product utilization review
- Ongoing clinical education and clinical consultation
Step 3
- Administration of post-implementation clinician acceptance survey and compliance chart review
- Share product compliance and clinician acceptance success for continued use
- Assist facility with standardized/expanded pre-operative nasal antisepsis utilization
