Why I do what I love

I was naturally drawn to public health and epidemiology early in my nursing career because of my love for science, data, and solving complex problems. One of my favorite things about this role is taking complex information and presenting it in a way that allows others to see importance of infection control, and then helping them through the implementation process. Watching people succeed and make healthcare safer is so rewarding.
