U.S. hospitals making fewer deadly errors, study finds
It was reported on Tuesday that between 2010 and 2013, there was a 17 percent decrease in Hospital Acquired Infections, drug errors, and other avoidable mistakes committed by hospitals during that time period, according to the most recent federal review of hospital medical records.
